Brandon’s career at Pro Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating is a perfect example of dedication and growth.
He began with the company in 2017 as an installation helper, determined to learn every aspect of the HVAC industry. Through hard work and continuous education, Brandon progressed from installer to Lead Installer, then into Service, and today serves homeowners as one of the company’s knowledgeable Comfort Advisors.
Because Brandon has worked in installation, service, and system design, he offers homeowners a unique perspective when helping them choose the best heating and cooling solution.
Rather than focusing on selling equipment, Brandon focuses on educating homeowners so they can make informed decisions that fit their comfort goals and budget.
