Your Asante AC team
Local to Asante, not driving in from the city
Asante sits at the north edge of Surprise, and its newer homes come with newer systems — but Arizona heat is hard on even a young air conditioner. When yours struggles, you don't want to wait half a day for a truck from central Phoenix. We're based right here in the West Valley, so we reach Asante homes fast, often the same day.
We know these neighborhoods and the homes in them, from the newer builds along Asante Boulevard to the surrounding Surprise communities.
What we do in Asante
Heating and cooling, done right
AC Repair
Same-day when we can. We diagnose it, price it in writing, and fix it once you approve — nothing before you say yes.
AC Maintenance
A spring tune-up catches the small failures before the July heat turns them into an emergency.
AC Installation
New systems sized for your Asante home, backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty.
Capacitor Replacement
The most common Arizona failure, and often a same-visit fix. If your AC hums but won't start, this is usually why.
The family behind the work
Meet Don & Teigh Wade
Pro Solutions Air started in 2011 with one truck and a personal cell phone — no loans, no investors. Don ran the fieldwork; Teigh ran everything behind the scenes. Fifteen years later they still own and run the company, and the technicians who come to your Asante home are people they trained, not subcontractors.
That's why our people don't work on commission. When we recommend a repair over a replacement, it's the honest answer — there's nothing in it for us either way.

Common questions
Asante AC repair — quick answers
Do you service Asante?
Yes. Asante is right in our Surprise service area, and we reach most homes there the same day, often within a couple of hours during cooling season.
How fast can you get to my Asante home?
Because we're based in the West Valley rather than dispatching from Phoenix, we're usually there the same day. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.
How much does AC repair cost?
It depends on what failed, but common repairs are predictable — a capacitor runs $195–$330, for example. We give you the exact price in writing before any work begins, and the diagnostic is free with any approved repair.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold four Arizona ROC licenses, each verifiable in the state database, and we're BBB accredited and a Rosie on the House Certified Partner.
