Your Mountain Vista Ranch AC team
One of the neighborhoods that started Surprise
Near Reems and Bell, Mountain Vista Ranch is one of the original Surprise neighborhoods — built before West Point, back when there was almost nothing out here yet. It was where a lot of families put down their first roots in Surprise: affordable starter homes, quiet streets, greenbelts and a park that made it an easy place to settle into a brand-new town.
Many of those original owners are still here, and so are a lot of the original air conditioning systems. After this many summers, an aging unit needs a technician who'll be straight with you — repair it when a repair makes sense, and tell you honestly when it's time to think about replacement. We'll always give you the numbers and let you decide, with no pressure and no scare tactics.
What we do in Mountain Vista Ranch
Heating and cooling, done right
AC Repair
Same-day when we can. We diagnose it, price it in writing, and fix it once you approve — nothing before you say yes.
Repair or Replace
On an older system, this is the real question. We give you the honest math so you can decide with clear numbers, not pressure.
AC Installation
When an aging system is finally done, new units sized for your Mountain Vista Ranch home, backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty.
Capacitor Replacement
The most common Arizona failure, and often a same-visit fix. If your AC hums but won't start, this is usually why.
The family behind the work
Meet Don & Teigh Wade
Pro Solutions Air started in 2011 with one truck and a personal cell phone — no loans, no investors. Don ran the fieldwork; Teigh ran everything behind the scenes. Fifteen years later they still own and run the company, and the technicians who come to your Mountain Vista Ranch home are people they trained, not subcontractors.
That's why our people don't work on commission. On an older system, that matters — when we recommend a repair over a replacement, or the other way around, it's the honest answer, because there's nothing in it for us either way.

Common questions
Mountain Vista Ranch AC repair — quick answers
Do you service Mountain Vista Ranch?
Yes. Mountain Vista Ranch, near Reems and Bell in Surprise, is right in our service area. We reach most homes there the same day, often within a couple of hours during cooling season.
My home is one of the older ones — should I repair or replace?
It depends on the system. Many Mountain Vista Ranch homes are among the oldest in Surprise, so their original units are well past expected life. Sometimes a repair is the smart, affordable choice; sometimes that money is better put toward a new, efficient system that lowers your summer bills. We'll show you the honest numbers and let you decide.
How fast can you get to my home?
Because we're based in the West Valley rather than dispatching from Phoenix, we're usually there the same day. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold four Arizona ROC licenses, each verifiable in the state database, and we're BBB accredited and a Rosie on the House Certified Partner.
