Your Sierra Montana AC team
Quiet streets, west of the 303
Out past Loop 303 on the west side of Surprise, Sierra Montana has a character all its own — rolling terrain, homes that vary in footprint and lot depth, mountain views, and the kind of quiet, safe streets that draw families looking for a little more room and a little less bustle. It's an established neighborhood now, which means the air conditioning systems in many of these homes have been working through Arizona summers for a good while.
We're right at home out here. We know the west-side neighborhoods, we reach them quickly, and we treat every visit the same way: find out what's actually wrong, explain it plainly, and give you the price in writing before we start. Our technicians don't work on commission, so whether it's a quick fix or a bigger decision, you get the honest recommendation — never a pitch.
What we do in Sierra Montana
Heating and cooling, done right
AC Repair
Same-day when we can. We diagnose it, price it in writing, and fix it once you approve — nothing before you say yes.
AC Maintenance
A spring tune-up catches small failures before the July heat turns them into an emergency.
Repair or Replace
As Sierra Montana systems reach their teens, we give you the honest math so you can decide with clear numbers, not pressure.
AC Installation
New systems sized for your home, backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty.
Capacitor Replacement
The most common Arizona failure, and often a same-visit fix. If your AC hums but won't start, this is usually why.
Fast West-Side Response
West of the 303 shouldn't mean a long wait. We serve these neighborhoods directly and get there fast.
The family behind the work
Meet Don & Teigh Wade
Pro Solutions Air started in 2011 with one truck and a personal cell phone — no loans, no investors. Don ran the fieldwork; Teigh ran everything behind the scenes. Fifteen years later they still own and run the company, and the technicians who come to your Sierra Montana home are people they trained, not subcontractors.
That's why our people don't work on commission. When we recommend a repair over a replacement, it's the honest answer — there's nothing in it for us either way. It's the reason so many west-side families call us back and send their neighbors our way.
