Your Greer Ranch AC team
Bigger homes, bigger cooling demands
Greer Ranch, split between Greer Ranch North and South in north Surprise, is the kind of neighborhood people move up to. Larger lots, RV gates, guest houses, sweeping staircases, and some homes on lots pushing three-quarters of an acre — it's built for room and comfort. But bigger homes come with bigger cooling demands, and sometimes multiple systems or zones, which means a small problem can turn into an uncomfortable house faster than you'd think.
We know these homes. We handle larger single-system houses and multi-zone setups alike, we diagnose exactly what's wrong, and we give you the price in writing before any work begins. Because our technicians don't work on commission, the fix we recommend is the one your home actually needs — never an upsell on a bigger system than the house calls for.
What we do in Greer Ranch
Heating and cooling, done right
AC Repair
Same-day when we can. We diagnose it, price it in writing, and fix it once you approve — nothing before you say yes.
Multi-Zone & Larger Homes
Bigger Greer Ranch homes often run multiple systems or zones. We understand balanced comfort across a large floor plan.
AC Installation
Systems sized properly for a larger home — not too big, not too small — backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty.
AC Maintenance
With more system to run, a yearly tune-up keeps everything efficient and heads off the summer breakdown.
Capacitor Replacement
The most common Arizona failure, and often a same-visit fix. If a unit hums but won't start, this is usually why.
Repair or Replace
As Greer Ranch systems reach their teens, we give you the honest math so you can decide with clear numbers.
The family behind the work
Meet Don & Teigh Wade
Pro Solutions Air started in 2011 with one truck and a personal cell phone — no loans, no investors. Don ran the fieldwork; Teigh ran everything behind the scenes. Fifteen years later they still own and run the company, and the technicians who come to your Greer Ranch home are people they trained, not subcontractors.
That's why our people don't work on commission. On a larger home where a new system is a real investment, that matters — you're getting the honest recommendation, sized right for your house, not a bigger sale. When we say repair, we mean repair.

Common questions
Greer Ranch AC repair — quick answers
Do you service Greer Ranch?
Yes — both Greer Ranch North and South. It's right in our Surprise service area, and we reach most homes there the same day, often within a couple of hours during cooling season.
Do you work on larger, multi-zone homes?
Absolutely. Many Greer Ranch homes are big enough to run multiple systems or zones, and our technicians are trained to keep comfort balanced across a large floor plan — diagnosing and fixing the right zone, not guessing.
How fast can you get to my Greer Ranch home?
Because we're based right here in the West Valley rather than dispatching from Phoenix, we're usually there the same day. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold four Arizona ROC licenses, each verifiable in the state database, and we're BBB accredited and a Rosie on the House Certified Partner. We were also voted a Best of 2026 Air Conditioning Contractor in Surprise.
