Our special needs kiddos woke us up sweaty and miserable, and we didn't know who to turn to. In a panic, my wife made a community post on Facebook asking for recommendations for a reputable company. He personally assured us he would take care of our family, and within another 45 minutes, he had already had two of his technicians, Matthew and Dylan, on-site. These guys worked incredibly fast to get our system up and running again. What blew us away was their honesty; there was absolutely no high pressure sales tactic to purchase things we didn't need, which we know other companies are notorious for doing.
