Your Sun City West AC team
We know these homes and these systems
Built by Del Webb between the late 1970s and 1997, Sun City West is a resort-style 55+ community of around 25,000 residents — seven golf courses, four rec centers, and quiet streets where golf carts are as common as cars. The homes here were built for comfortable, low-maintenance retirement living, but many are now 30 to 45 years old, and their air conditioning systems have carried a lot of Arizona summers.
That's exactly the kind of work we're built for. We know the equipment common to Sun City West homes, we explain what's happening in plain language, and we never use pressure or scare tactics. On a fixed retirement income, the last thing you need is a technician pushing a sale — which is why ours don't work on commission. When we say it needs a repair, or that it's finally time to replace, it's the honest answer.
What we do in Sun City West
Heating and cooling, done right
AC Repair
Same-day when we can. We diagnose it, price it in writing, and fix it once you approve — nothing before you say yes.
Repair or Replace
On a 30-plus-year-old Del Webb system, this is the real question. We give you the honest math so you can decide with clear numbers.
AC Maintenance
A yearly tune-up keeps an older system reliable and efficient — and is the cheapest insurance against a July breakdown.
Snowbird Start-Up & Shutdown
Away for the season? We'll get your system safely started when you return and checked before you leave.
AC Installation
When a system is finally done, new units sized for your home, backed by our 15-year parts and labor warranty.
Capacitor Replacement
The most common Arizona failure, and often a same-visit fix. If your AC hums but won't start, this is usually why.
The family behind the work
Meet Don & Teigh Wade
Pro Solutions Air started in 2011 with one truck and a personal cell phone — no loans, no investors. Don ran the fieldwork; Teigh ran everything behind the scenes. Fifteen years later they still own and run the company, and the technicians who come to your Sun City West home are people they trained, not subcontractors.
That's why our people don't work on commission. In a retirement community that has heard every high-pressure pitch, that matters — when we recommend a repair over a replacement, or the other way around, it's the honest answer, because there's nothing in it for us either way.

Common questions
Sun City West AC repair — quick answers
Do you service Sun City West?
Yes. Sun City West is one of our core service areas. We reach most homes there the same day, often within a couple of hours during cooling season.
My Del Webb home is older — should I repair or replace my AC?
It depends on the system. Many Sun City West homes are 30 to 45 years old, so their units are well past expected life. Sometimes a repair is the smart, affordable choice; sometimes that money is better put toward a new, efficient system that lowers your summer bills. We'll show you the honest numbers and let you decide — no pressure.
I'm a snowbird — can you help with my AC when I'm away?
Absolutely. We help Sun City West snowbirds start their systems safely after months of sitting idle, and check them over before the season so you leave with peace of mind. Just call and we'll set it up around your schedule.
How fast can you get to my Sun City West home?
Because we're based nearby in the West Valley rather than dispatching from Phoenix, we're usually there the same day. Call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day slot.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold four Arizona ROC licenses, each verifiable in the state database, and we're BBB accredited and a Rosie on the House Certified Partner. We were also voted a Best of 2026 Air Conditioning Contractor.
