Our special needs kiddos woke us up sweaty and miserable, and we didn't know who to turn to. In a panic, my wife made a community post on Facebook asking for recommendations for a reputable company. Don from Pro Solutions Air responded within an hour of the post going up. He personally assured us he would take care of our family, and within another 45 minutes, he had already had two of his technicians, Matthew and Dylan, on-site. These guys worked incredibly fast to get our system up and running again. What blew us away was their honesty; there was absolutely no high pressure sales tactic to purchase things we didn't need, which we know other companies are notorious for doing. Matthew and Dylan were efficient, respectful, and genuinely honest. Don and his entire team have completely restored my faith that there are still good people out there who just want to help others in times of struggle. Thank you so much, Pro Solutions Air!
