Most systems last 10 to 15 years with proper maintenance. If yours is over 10, needs frequent repairs or struggles to keep up, we'll give you an honest repair-or-replace assessment.
How much does a new A/C system cost?
It depends on your home's size, efficiency goals, ductwork and equipment. Estimates are free and no-pressure, and financing is available.
How often should I service my A/C?
At least once a year, ideally before summer. Regular maintenance prevents breakdowns and extends the life of your system.
Do you offer emergency repair?

Why is my heater blowing cold air?
Check that the thermostat is on HEAT with the fan on AUTO, replace a clogged filter and reset a tripped breaker once. Heat pumps also blow cool air for a few minutes while defrosting. If it’s still cold, call us, we answer 24/7.
When should I get my heater checked?
In the fall, before Thanksgiving and the first cold nights. A heating tune-up catches worn igniters, dirty sensors and weak parts before the holidays. Maintenance plans start at $120 a year.
