Meet Matthew Wade – Operations & Service Quality Manager

Behind every successful service visit and installation is a commitment to organization, quality, and continuous improvement. That’s where Matthew Wade plays a critical role.

Matthew is the son of Don Wade and stepson of Teigh Wade. After proudly serving in the United States Army and retiring in 2023, he brought his leadership, engineering, communications, and operational experience to Pro Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating.

As the company’s Operations & Service Quality Manager, Matthew helps ensure every customer receives the high level of service the company is known for. His military background taught him the importance of planning, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement—qualities that now help drive the day-to-day operations of the business.

Matthew works behind the scenes to improve processes, support technicians, maintain quality standards, and ensure every customer experience reflects the company’s commitment to excellence.
