Monsoon special · Surprise, Arizona
Soft Start Installation: $795 Installed
Monsoon storms knock the power out. When it comes back, your A/C restarts with a huge electrical surge. A soft start cuts that startup surge by up to 70%, easing the strain on your compressor, your panel and your generator.
$795 installed, all parts & labor About 1 hour to install AZ ROC licensed, bonded & insured Family owned since 2011
The short answer
A soft start is a small device installed in your existing outdoor A/C unit that reduces the electrical surge your compressor draws at startup by up to 70%. Our price is $795 installed, all parts and labor included, and installation takes about an hour.
What it means for you
Why homeowners add a soft start
No more dimming lights
Your lights stop flickering every time the A/C kicks on.
Run A/C on a generator
A properly sized generator can actually run your air conditioner during an outage.
Solar & battery friendly
Backup batteries can carry your A/C instead of stalling on it.
Protects the compressor
Less electrical stress on the most expensive part of your system.
Easier on older homes
Gentler on older panels and wiring, common in Surprise and Sun City West.
No disruption
No new equipment and no ductwork. It installs in your existing outdoor unit.
70%less startup surge

1,000sof gentler starts each season
Most A/C compressors fail on startup, not while running. Every start is the hardest moment in your system’s life. A soft start makes that moment gentler, thousands of times a season.
