An Army veteran, Bill graduated at the top of his HVAC class in 2015 before joining Pro Solutions Air Conditioning & Heating in 2016. Since then, he has become one of the company’s most trusted technicians and currently serves as Service Team Lead.

Bill specializes in diagnosing difficult HVAC problems and helping homeowners avoid unnecessary repairs whenever possible. His calm, professional approach and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned the trust of countless Arizona families.

Although Bill primarily focuses on service and repair, he’s known throughout the company for stepping in wherever he’s needed to support the team and ensure every customer receives outstanding service.
